Returns and Exchanges
All items are made to order and customized for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is found to have a material defect. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at support@roguepgh.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

All products are printed on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you when your order is placed. This ensures that every piece is unique and crafted to your preferences. Please double-check your order details before submitting, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
